Exchange students
You can become an exchange student at UCA school of economics under the following conditions :
- Your home institution is a partner of the School of Economics, UCA
- You have been selected by your Home Institution to become an exchange student at UCA School of Economics.
Application procedure
- Nomination by the Home Institution : nominations will be sent by the home university by May 15th for Fall semester and for the whole academic year, and by November 1st for Spring semester.

When creating your MoveOn account, if possible avoid using @hotmail, @msn, @live, @outlook.
Prepare the following documents :
- Learning agreement
- Accommodation request
- ID photo
- Photocopy of your passport or identity card
Make sure you have filled in all fields and have attached all required documents. You may submit your application once all sections of the menu have been checked green. You will not be able to change your application once submitted.
Deadlines
- 31 May for 1st semester mobility (September/January) and annual mobility
- 15 November for second semester mobility (February/June)
If your application is accepted, you will receive an email during the first two weeks of July (Fall semester) or of December (Spring semester), together with your acceptance letter and your learning agreement, duly signed by the professor in charge of your exchange.
If you have made a request for accommodation in students residences, you will receive an answer (positive or negative) by 15 July at the latest.
Language requirements
The school of Economics at UCA offers courses taught in French and in English. A minimum B2 level is demanded in the selected teaching language. Proof of proficiency may be a DELF, TCF, TOEIC, TOEFL score or a signed and stamped letter by a French or English language professor of your home institution, attesting your capacity of learning in French/ English.
